India Chillies is an agricultural market information platform that provides daily mandi price data, supply analytics, and market intelligence for Indian red chilli varieties across Guntur, Khammam, Warangal, and Byadgi mandis.

The Platform is intended for informational use by farmers, traders, brokers, exporters, and other market participants.

2. Account Registration

Access to the full dashboard requires registration with a valid name, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keeping your OTP and session credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute price data without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its databases
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the data compilations, charts, dashboard design, code, and written content, is the intellectual property of India Chillies / Mayank Shekhar Singh unless otherwise noted.

You may view and use data for personal, non-commercial decision-making purposes. Commercial redistribution, resale, or republication of data requires express written permission.

5. Data Accuracy & No Financial Advice

All price data is aggregated from third-party mandi reports and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. India Chillies does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Always verify prices with your broker or directly with the mandi before making any trading or financial decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, India Chillies and Mayank Shekhar Singh shall not be liable for any:

• Trading losses or financial damage arising from reliance on Platform data
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime of the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your account (if caused by your own negligence)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn, weather APIs). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites.

8. Modifications to the Platform & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
